These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Telipato Marketing Ltd website (the “Site”) and form the foundation of the services we provide. By accessing the Site or engaging us as a service provider, you agree to these terms.

Telipato Marketing Ltd is a marketing services company with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Telipato Marketing Ltd.
2. Website use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy substantial parts of its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Telipato Marketing Ltd and protected by UK and international IP law.
4. Service engagements
Specific service engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of conflict, the MSA and SOW prevail over these terms.
5. Fees & payment
Fees are stated in the relevant SOW. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Overdue amounts may accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Site or our services is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
